This course is an infield training opportunity to cover all trades from the ground up. It will have a focus on apartments and the different aspects they bring with construction. It is a great time to ask questions for new inspectors and for those with experience to also share experiences with multifamily situations. All trades will be covered including plumbing, mechanical, electrical and the building codes relevant to the industry and what to focus on and watch for.
